How does it mean to have Diverse Background for CN rating?

Interact with Different Communities of users with different political stands and backgrounds, Follow Trending Topics Globally and participate in discussions on international issues
What is considered Unhelpful for CN rating and hinders our notes from being visible?
1. Lack of Consensus:
Low Diversity of Approval: If the note is only supported by a narrow group of contributors from a single political view for example.2. Late Timing:
If the note is added too late, after the tweet has already lost relevance or traction, it may not be considered helpful.
What are some factors that delay visibility of CN note to the post?Insufficient Diverse Agreement:
Even if your note is rated as helpful by some users, it might not have reached a diverse enough group of contributors.Competing Notes:
If there are several notes on the same tweet, X’s system might delay promoting one note to ensure that the most accurate and broadly accepted note is highlighted. In cases of competition, only the note with the highest consensus may be shown. So if there is already a note on the post do not add in more and do not rate multiple notes as helpful.Content Sensitivity:
Notes on sensitive or controversial topics might undergo more stringent checks or require a higher level of consensus before being displayed. X might be cautious about promoting notes that could be seen as divisive or inflammatory.Manual Review:
Notes might be flagged for manual review by X’s moderation team, which can delay visibility. This is more likely if the note is on a high-profile tweet or a controversial issue.Timing and Engagement:
If the tweet the note is attached to has lost momentum and has low ongoing engagement, the note might not be pushed.
